How do i sign up?You can sign up easily online. Simply go to our
Plans and Pricing page, select a package to suit you and continue to the sign up page. You can also sign up for a FREE trial, and free version of Every1Speaks.
How much does it cost?It depends on which package you sign up too – Find our more on our
Plans and Pricing page. However prices for paid versions range from £399+. We do also offer a
Free Version of Every1Speaks, which is available for anyone to sign up and use (restrictions and limitations apply).
How do i Pay?Once your signed up we will send out an invoice to a specified school address, or school email address. You then have 30 days in which to pay the invoice otherwise your account may be suspended.
How are comments and ideas moderated?Comments and ideas are held in the moderation room awaiting approval, the moderators will be a mixture of members of the school council or those young people wishing to take on a responsible role and a member of staff. Moderators can decide if the comment or idea is appropriate before it is seen on the Idea Map.
Who can use Every1Speaks?It can be used by anybody that you have assigned a password to. Children-Teacher-Parents School Governors anyone involved in the Whole School.
Which package suits me best?We have made our pricing structure flexible enough to suit every type of establishment. Weather your a small primary school, or large Academy there is an Every1Speaks package to suit you. Discover more about the available

What happens once i'm signed up?Once you have signed up, you will receive an email with a link taking you to your new admin section. You will then be asked to go through a setup wizard in order to set your account up and get you started with your first IdeaMap. In this process you can also import and create Users and Groups.
Can I access Every1Speaks from anywhere?Absolutely! Every1Speaks is available 24 7 any where in the world. All you need is a stable internet connection, and Flash player installed to use Every1Speaks.
How safe is it?It is very safe as only your school has access to your details and your lead administrator will assign all users with a password. The site is hosted in a secure environment using SSL certificate and encryption, on our UK based servers.
